Remove your data without closing your account
Four things you can remove on their own. If you want the whole account gone, see Delete your TRaX account.
What you can remove
- Platform connections
- Disconnects YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Facebook, LinkedIn and Trovo, deletes the tokens we stored for them, and revokes those tokens at the platform. Your studios and media stay.
- Chat history
- Every chat message we stored, across every platform. Your platform connections stay.
- Media library and recordings
- Your uploaded files, plus recording metadata and storage settings. Your studios stay.
- Studios
- Every studio, with its layouts, scenes, overlays, rundowns, sources and destinations. Your account, connections and media stay.
How to do it
Each of these is done signed in, from account settings, Privacy. Each one asks you to confirm before it runs.
None of these delete your account. You stay signed in, and anything you did not pick is untouched.
Request removal without signing in
Tell us the email address on the account and what to remove. We send a verification link to that address. Nothing has been deleted yet, and nothing will be until you click it. Your account stays open.
