Refund Policy

Within 2 days of your first payment
If you ask within 2 days (48 hours) of your first payment to TRaX, we refund that payment in full. Write to us from the contact page or from the email address on your account. The refund goes back to the card you paid with; your bank may take a few days to show it.
The 2 days run from your first payment only. A renewal, a plan change or a later payment does not start a new refund window.
After that
After those 2 days we do not refund payments, including for part of a billing period. You can cancel any time from the billing page of your account. When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Usage that is billed as you go, such as cloud encoder hours beyond your plan's allowance, is not refundable.
