Live open houses that look like Million Dollar Listing.
Multi-camera property tour (exterior shot, kitchen, primary suite, backyard) all live-switchable from one tablet. Remote buyers join the open house via browser link to ask questions while you walk through. Stream simultaneously to YouTube + Instagram Live + Facebook + your MLS listing page. A real broadcast canvas, not a shaky phone video.
Built for the real estate workflow
Multi-camera property tour
Phone or gimbal cam in your hand, GoPro on the entry, drone hop for the exterior. Live-switch between them as you walk through. The viewer never sees a "hold on, let me move" gap.
Remote buyer Q&A
Out-of-state buyers join via browser link, ask "what is the HOA?" on camera or in chat. Voice + text both surface in the canvas. The relocating-buyer market opens up for every listing.
Stream + listing-page embed
YouTube + Instagram Live + Facebook + your MLS / brokerage listing-page embed simultaneously. The same broadcast covers every channel a buyer might find the listing on.
Replay funnel for non-attendees
The recording lands on the listing-page replay tab automatically. Buyers who missed the live open house watch it that night and DM you.
Why agents pick TRaX
Most agent live-stream attempts are a shaky vertical phone video on Instagram. The few who try to do it properly hit Wirecast + a switcher + an encoder rig. Three tools, two consultants, and it still does not multi-platform. TRaX collapses that into a tablet and a browser tab.
- Multi-camera tour from a tablet: wide shots, close-ups, drone hop, all live-switchable
- Remote buyer Q&A means relocating buyers can engage during the live, not just watch a recording
- Multi-platform output covers every channel where the buyer might be searching
What a live open house runs at
A property tour is shot moving, handheld, indoors, on whatever connection the house happens to have. That combination drives every setting here.
- Program canvas
- 1080p30
- A walked tour moves continuously, but a buyer is reading rooms rather than tracking a ball. Detail at 6 Mbps serves somebody examining a kitchen better than a smoother, softer picture would.
- Camera in
- A phone or handheld rig over SRT
- Packet recovery is what turns a walk-through over a cellular connection into something watchable instead of a slideshow of dropouts as the agent moves between floors.
- Buyer questions
- Chat from every platform in one panel
- Somebody asking about the boiler needs an answer while the camera is still in that room, and one merged panel is what lets a single agent field four platforms while walking.
- Second camera
- A fixed wide on the exterior or the view
- Cutting to a static shot while the agent moves between floors covers the least flattering part of any walked tour, and a second input costs five dollars a month.
- Destinations
- Social platforms plus the listing page
- One encode reaches the places buyers browse and the page where they actually enquire, without the agent running two broadcasts.
Programs run at 1080p as standard, and up to 1440p when every destination you have enabled can accept it — the canvas is clamped to the least capable one in the set.
How a live open house runs on TRaX
- 1
Pre-open-house setup
Phone gimbal + GoPro + drone cam wired in. Listing brand kit + property card overlay built once.
- 2
Send out the link
Email the open-house link to your buyer list. Out-of-state buyers know they can join from anywhere.
- 3
Walk the property
Live-switch between exterior, kitchen, primary suite. Take remote buyer questions on camera as they come in.
- 4
Replay funnel
Recording lands on the listing replay tab. Buyers who missed the live watch that night and reach out.
What an agent should know before the first tour
The first item will decide how the property actually looks to a buyer.
A 720p platform in the mix makes the whole tour 720p
The canvas is clamped to the weakest destination you enable. Since property detail is the entire product, this is a real trade: either accept the lower resolution everywhere, or keep the listing-page tour at full quality and post to the phone-first platform separately once you are done.
Fair-housing rules apply to everything you say live
Remarks about a neighbourhood, a school catchment or the sort of buyer a property would suit are governed by the same rules as the written listing, and now they are being recorded and republished. Brief anybody going live on what is and is not sayable, because the recording does not forget.
The people who live there have not agreed to be broadcast
An occupied home contains the occupant’s possessions, post, photographs and sometimes the occupant. Get written consent to stream, agree which rooms are off limits, and walk the route beforehand — a live broadcast is a materially different thing from a scheduled viewing and the seller may not have understood that.
